Ingredients

  • Dijon Mustard 50g
  • Mustard Seeds 2 Tsp
  • Honey 40g
  • Water 1/2 Cup
  • Tapioca Flour 1 Tbsp

  1. Put mustard, mustard seeds, honey and water into Thermomix bowl.
  2. Mix speed 4 for 10 seconds.
  3. Add tapioca flour
  4. Cook for 3 minutes, temp 100°, speed 2.
  5. Serve with lamb, chicken, vegetables or seafood.

Serves 4-6

Hints and Tips

Can be made in a saucepan, simply add all ingredients to a small saucepan and continually whisk over medium heat until bubbling and thickened.
